The germ returns. I think Reverend Though I’ve seen “The Reverend Doctor ” before. And that might be the way to go. It fits the Germ’s ego I think.

I’m leaning that way, but I’m mindfully reversing it to “Dr. Rev. Germ” because the importance of titles, accolades, and credentials is important to [cough] some people.
