It is impossible to spread reason, but quite easy to spread fear.

Well, not impossible. But it’s definitely a hard row to hoe. It starts with marrying a fellow reasonable person, giving birth to offspring, and painstakingly raising them to value reason, justice, and the truth.
If you get enough people doing THAT reason will spread like a massive cross-state underground fungus.

I had to wait to reply until I finished the comic (which I did late last night. Out-of-town guests)
