Astonishingly, I have NOT had a Manhattan for a good many days. I need to rectify that. But as it is very close to bedtime and I must work tonight… such rectification (full-wave, of course!) must wait until tomorrow. And yes, a proper RYE and ORANGE BITTERS Manhattan. Alright, I can deal with a bourbon if I must… but even the, the high-rye mashbill Old Granddad is preferable. My standards might be low, but I still have them!
