I think I can understand why everyone was upset by the door, as that could attract attention, but why was Kel upset by the silent kettle door? The only reason I can think of is the fact that one can’t tell for sure whether it closed from the outside or not… Which could be quite the problem down the road if I were to hazard a guess.
Well, they could’ve told Rory that, had Rory asked first. Living life on the “Ask first, miss out” principle, does get you yelled at from time to time.
