Where’s his Waldos? Every brain in a jar / mad scientist needs a pair of Waldos. How else does he move the beakers around? It’s not like you can count on “biological unit” help to be there when you need them.
Jagi as a Ladybug? How appropriate.

Depends on the base dextral skill of the units, now doesn’t it? Besides, as you can see the non-bio-magical aspects of his creations are a bit… primitive 🙂
