An Abject Apology by Sarah the Mouse

I applied at Disney before coming here, but they already have a mouse character. Somewhere amidst the chaos of the last two weeks, we published our 50th comic.

This is only the beginning, we hope. We came up with more, but there is only so much space in a comic. Please, use the phrases, come up with your own, develop your own designs, pass them on. We don’t need the credit, and they don’t need to have eyeballs. We just want the results.
Friday we’ll wrap up the 2015 Hugo saga, with a pre-tested comic that we showed at WorldCon. It got unanimous laughter, so we think you’ll like it!

Point the First
We would like to thank Glyph for her cartooning efforts while we were recovering from WorldCon. Glyph is a pre-teen going on 14, who reads at a twelfth grade level. When I catch her reading, which is often, I ask her which comic she has. If she does not have one, I give her one. In this way I have tricked her into reading Peanuts, Calvin & Hobbs, Bloom County, Captain Underpants, and Sheldon. She, of course, would prefer to read the classics: Madam Bovary and Moby Dick. Plenty, as it turns out.
We learned we need better mobile computing solutions. Our tablet device is good for “consuming” web material, and not great for producing it. Combine it with a spotty internet connection and you don’t produce the posts you wanted to. I still hope I was able to add something to the Puppy community who were not in attendance: Based on our traffic stats I think we did. Continue reading
